Meet the Vendor: Barbara and Brian Nick of Nana's Attic

Hi All!!! It's that time again. Please give a warm hello to 2 of our returning vendors.

Hello.  My name is Barbara Evans Nick.  My grandchildren and great-grandchildren call me Nana, hence, Nanalove.  My husband, Brian Nick, and I own Nana’s Attic and make handcrafted things.  At the moment we only prepared with our jewelry, earrings, bracelets, watches, rings and necklaces.  I also make paper beads and some of our pieces are made using these beads.  Making paper beads is addicting but so much fun.

By the spring we hope to have expanded our inventory to include, handmade greeting cards, journals, mini books made of tile, soap and anything else that uses lots of color.

We hope you will visit us at Southwest’s Craftacular.  Its great fun and just might find some Christmas gifts for family and friends.

Meet the Vendor: Francesca - Keep-collective

I'd like to introduce you to another one of our vendors.

I'm Francesca, I'm 33, I'm originally from Italy and I moved to the States about 10 years ago. I have been working full time for my family business for my whole life, but recently I decided to venture into this new world of Keep-collective. A friend of mine was selling it and I fell in love with the product. I have never been interested in direct sales before, but between the fact that I love easy, fun jewelry and the fact that the market is not oversaturated with Keep-collective, I decided to try it out and so far I'm having a lot of fun with it! I'm looking forward to having fun at the craft fair and to share the love!

Meet the Vendor: Michele Laurer, Park Lane Jewelry

As you may remember I am trying to get you introduced to the folks who will be setting up booths at the SWE PTA's Craftacular Craft & Vendor Fair. Here's another.

styles for everyone! Some awesome “12 Days of Christmas” packages and other gift ideas

3) How long have you been doing this? Since February 2013 but Park Lane has been around for 58

years!!!

4) What is your favorite thing about doing what you do? I love helping women shop for beautiful

jewelry! I also love being able to help organizations with fundraising! Most of all, I love sharing

a wonderful opportunity for women to be able to work and have time with their families!

lived in Raleigh, NC for over 12 years but I have only made it to the beach twice! (vacation and a

chaperone for my son’s class)

8) What did you want to be when you grew up? Nurse or a Lawyer…..but most of all a MOM

9) What is your favorite animal? Raccoons

10) Do you have another ‘real world’ occupation or hobby? I work as a merchandiser and a full-
time college student studying Middle School Education
